Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and engaging Java Technical Trainer who can deliver structured Java programming training through concepts, hands-on coding, problem-solving, and real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Concept Clarity
- Strong understanding of Core Java and programming fundamentals.
- Explain OOP, classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, interfaces, collections, exception handling, and related concepts.
- Simplify complex Java concepts using practical examples.
- Resolve learner doubts effectively.
Hands-on Coding
- Conduct live Java coding sessions.
- Demonstrate coding standards and best practices.
- Design practical coding exercises and challenges.
- Guide learners through debugging and error handling.
- Encourage independent coding.
Problem Solving
- Develop logical thinking through Java-based programming problems.
- Conduct coding challenges and assessments.
- Introduce Data Structures & Algorithms using Java.
- Prepare learners for technical interviews and coding platforms.
Project-Based Learning
- Guide learners in developing Java applications.
- Structure projects into practical milestones.
- Review learner code and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure practical implementation of Java concepts.
Documentation
- Prepare Java learning materials, notes, coding examples, assignments, and project documentation.
- Maintain updated technical resources.
- Track learner progress and project activities.
Learner Engagement
- Conduct quizzes, coding activities, discussions, challenges, and mini projects.
- Create an interactive learning environment.
- Adapt sessions according to learner performance.
