About the Role
We are seeking a Health Care Virtual Assistant to support medical professionals and patients through query handling, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and remote healthcare coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy, with a passion for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
- Assist doctors and medical staff with scheduling and follow-ups.
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
- Support virtual consultations and remote monitoring services.
- Will be using different softwares for patient monitoring like CRM, EMR, cloud telephonic platform etc,.
- Ensure timely and professional communication.
- Open to learn and train in new softwares and systems we use for patient monitoring
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences.
- Experience: 02 years (freshers welcome).
- Languages: English & Tamil compulsory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Good computer and typing skills.
Work Schedule- 9 AM to 6 PM ( Monday to Saturday)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
