We are looking for a high-impact Sales Leader with 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions, preferably Agentic AI / SaaS / AI Platforms / Automation, to non-BFSI enterprises. This role requires building and leading aggressive, high-performance sales teams, driving predictable revenue growth, and establishing market leadership in large enterprise and mid-market segments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Growth Leadership
- Own enterprise revenue targets across key non-BFSI verticals (E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Travel, Telecom, Healthcare, EdTech, Media, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Build and execute scalable GTM strategies to drive rapid pipeline creation and closure.
- Consistently deliver aggressive quarterly and annual revenue numbers.
2. Team Building & Management
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing sales organization (hunters, enterprise AEs, SDRs, solution consultants).
- Hire top talent, set high accountability standards, and create a high-ownership, performance-driven culture.
- Coach and mentor managers and reps to achieve elite sales productivity metrics.
3. Enterprise Sales Execution
- Personally lead strategic enterprise deals, C-level engagements, and complex multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Drive large contract closures, long-cycle enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Heads of Digital, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience.
4. GTM Strategy & Market Expansion
- Define vertical-wise solution positioning and messaging.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and ecosystem alliances.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine ICP, use cases, and expansion strategy.
5. Sales Ops, Forecasting & Discipline
- Build robust pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales cadence frameworks.
- Implement CRM discipline, dashboards, and KPI-driven sales operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
- 10–15+ years in enterprise technology sales, preferably in Agentic AI, Conversational AI, SaaS, AI platforms, Automation, Cloud, or Enterprise Software.
- Strong experience selling to non-BFSI enterprises (Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, Healthcare, Travel, Telecom, Media, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Proven track record of building and scaling aggressive sales teams from scratch or early stage.
