Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into bookings, and providing excellent customer support for resort and holiday stay packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Handle inbound inquiries related to resort bookings and holiday stays
- Explain packages, offers, and services clearly to customers
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel
- Follow up with leads regularly to close sales
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in tele sales / travel sales (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email handling)
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
