Join our Talent and Learning Operations team and play a key role in shaping employee development and experience. We're looking for a Manager - Learning Services who's passionate about building programs that help people grow and ensuring talent processes run seamlessly.
What will you do?

Oversee learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career advancement

Coordinate talent acquisition activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement

Lead onboarding processes to create a welcoming and effective experience for new hires

Evaluate learning program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback
