Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies
- Drive pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns, launches, and promotional activities
- Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all sales transactions.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
