We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated US IT Recruiter with 03 to 2 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT requirements from US clients.
Required Skills:
- 03 to 1 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good understanding of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, 1099
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and roles
