Location – Delhi (Hauz Khas)
The Project Executive will play a pivotal role in coordination, data management, analysis using Excel and Power BI, ensuring the project’s successful execution, and contributing to the financial literacy initiatives of the organization in rural communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the field team for seamless project execution.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with beneficiaries.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality delivery of objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, including monthly updates and progress reports.
- Maintain a consistent reporting cadence and organize review meetings.
- Provide regular briefings to the Project Manager on project status and progress.
- Take ownership of data management tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining project-related data.
- Utilize Excel and Power BI for data analysis, generating actionable insights to support project decision-making.
- Focus on assigned data-related tasks alongside project responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration) – Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in project coordination, preferably in community development or related fields.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data management and analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
