Job Summary
Wheelking Transhaul Inc is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Kochi. This role will primarily support operations in a night shift environment, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. Candidates from other industries with strong customer handling experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide updates on shipments, delivery timelines, and order status
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch teams, and drivers to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Prepare reports, trackers, and updates using Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
- Support order entry, data management, and documentation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Work collaboratively with internal teams across different time zones
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Business Administration, or related field)
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service
- Experience in logistics/transportation is preferred
- Customer service experience in other industries will be considered an asset
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage data, prepare reports, and maintain records
- Familiarity with CRM or logistics systems (preferred but not mandatory)
