Job description:
The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue generation & client acquisition for our creative digital agency. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong business development capabilities and a deep understanding of digital marketing services, branding, content, and performance campaigns.
The candidate will be responsible for building a predictable sales pipeline, converting high-value accounts, and aligning marketing efforts with revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and acquire new clients across industries
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
2. Marketing Strategy
- Develop the agency’s marketing strategy across digital platforms
- Oversee content marketing, social media positioning, and thought leadership initiatives
- Build case studies, portfolio decks, and sales collateral
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase inbound leads
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
- Identify high-growth sectors and emerging opportunities
- Recommend new service verticals based on market demand
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services
- Proven track record in sales within agency/marketing environment
- Excellent pitching and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Data-driven approach to marketing and revenue planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred )
- 5 plus years of experience in sales/marketing within media, or digital agencies
- Established network of corporate and brand contacts is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
