Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Documentation & Coding: Review Patient Care Records (PCRs) and trip sheets to ensure medical treatments and billing codes (ICD, CMS/Insurance) match.
- Vehicle & Equipment Inspections: Conduct field audits to ensure ambulances carry functional life-support equipment, meet hygiene standards, and pass infection control protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: Verify that crew licenses, vehicle registrations, and dispatch logs strictly adhere to local EMS and healthcare authority regulations.
- Quality & Dispatch Audits: Evaluate emergency dispatch times and clinical care outcomes to ensure patient-centered care and SOP compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Background: Certifications in healthcare administration, emergency medicine (e.g., EMT/Paramedic), or medical coding/billing.
- Clinical Knowledge: Deep understanding of EMS protocols, pharmacology, and standard pre-hospital medical procedures.
- Attention to Detail: High capacity to identify documentation discrepancies, supply shortages, or potential fraud.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with audit management software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and data analysis tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
