About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on HR & Training Manager to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle. In this high-impact role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensure strict compliance with labor laws, and drive the professional development of our team. You will be instrumental in standardizing our HR practices across existing and future locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Sourcing and Onboarding cycle: Oversee a seamless onboarding experience that integrates new hires into our culture and operational standards.
2. Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to all applicable labor laws, including the Contract Labour Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, and ESI. ·
3. Audit Management: Manage internal and external compliance audits, track observations, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
4. Policy Governance: Maintain and update employee handbooks and company policies to align with legal and business requirements.
5. Oversee Training & Employee Development
6. Program Design: Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership to design and deliver training programs, from onboarding to leadership development.
7. Culture Building: inculcate a culture of continuous learning that fosters employee engagement and retention.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
