Job Objective
The primary responsibility of this role is to maximize patient acquisition by managing the complete lead journey—from advertisement to clinic visit and treatment conversion.
The ideal candidate should be an expert in paid advertising, CRM management, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.

2. Lead Generation
Generate high-quality leads for:
- Infertility
- IVF Support
- PCOS

- Ensure 100% of leads are assigned within defined SLAs.
- Monitor response times and follow-up quality.
- Track every lead until closure.
- Reduce lead leakage at every stage.
- Re-engage cold and lost leads through remarketing and follow-up campaigns.
- Coordinate with telecallers, counsellors, and clinic teams to improve appointment attendance and conversions.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate lead status updates.
4. CRM & Marketing Automation
Manage CRM platforms and automate workflows:
- Lead allocation
- WhatsApp automation
- SMS campaigns
- Email campaigns
- Missed-call follow-up
- Lead scoring
- Appointment reminders
- Re-marketing audiences
Preferred experience with CRM systems such as LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
5. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Improve conversion rates across the funnel by:
- Landing page optimization
- A/B testing of creatives and messaging
- Audience segmentation
- Funnel optimization
- Remarketing strategies

6. Analytics & Reporting
Prepare and present:
- Daily performance reports
