Key Responsibilities
- 2D Drafting & Layouts: Create accurate 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), wall elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Space Planning: Conceptualize functional and aesthetically pleasing spatial layouts optimized for human movement, ergonomics, and accessibility.
- Working Drawings & Detailing: Prepare comprehensive execution drawings for contractors, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and millwork details.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Assist senior designers in gathering client requirements, preparing mood boards/presentations, and revising drafts based on feedback.
- Material & Finish Specifications: Assist in selecting, detailing, and documenting material specifications, colors, textures, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
- Site Measurement & Coordination: Conduct on-site measurements, verify site dimensions, and update as-built drawings to ensure execution accuracy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a 2D Drafter / Interior Designer (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Software Proficiency:
- High proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for presentation layouts
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace for documentation
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural scales, interior detailing, material selection, and basic building codes/safety norms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
