Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Marketing Representatives to identify business opportunities and connect with prospective clients.
Your primary responsibility will be meeting business owners and decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and introducing Metanoia Studios' services.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients in your assigned city
- Generate qualified business leads
- Present company services
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations

Eligibility
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Valid Driving License is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with field visits and client interactions
- Sales, Marketing, Medical Representative (MR), Pharma, Hospitality, or Business Development experience preferred
Compensation Structure
Maximum Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Important:
Salary is directly linked to business generation and target achievement.
- 100% target achieved = 100% salary (₹20,000)
- 75% target achieved = 75% salary
- 50% target achieved = 50% salary
- No business generated = No salary
This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who are confident in meeting clients and generating business opportunities.
