Tally Instructor
Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Tally Instructor to join our educational team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching students the fundamentals and advanced applications of Tally Prime (or the latest version of Tally), ensuring they gain the practical skills necessary for accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting in a real-world business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Conduct structured classroom or online training sessions covering basic to advanced Tally operations.
Practical Training: Guide students through hands-on exercises, including voucher entries, GST implementation, TDS, payroll processing, and final account preparation.
Assessment: Design and administer periodic tests and assignments to evaluate student progress and proficiency.
Mentorship: Provide one-on-one support to students struggling with specific accounting concepts or software functions.
Curriculum Development: Maintain and update training materials to reflect the latest updates in Tally software and changes in taxation laws.
Certification Prep: Assist students in preparing for official Tally certifications by conducting mock tests and review sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance is a plus).
Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of TallyPrime; familiarity with previous versions is an added advantage.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of manual accounting principles, GST, Income Tax, and company law as they relate to software operations.
Experience: Prior experience in teaching, training, or professional accounting is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
