Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive store profitability, achieve KPIs, and analyze sales data.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage retail staff performance.
- Operations: Oversee daily inventory, stock management, and cash handling protocols.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium brand standards and execution guidelines.
- Customer Excellence: Resolve customer escalations and build long-term local loyalty.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in retail store management (sports/apparel preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and inventory management.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma
