- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage and update job postings on hiring portals and social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media content for employer branding, hiring campaigns, and office culture posts.
- Coordinate with the marketing/social media team for reels, stories, and recruitment creatives.
- Handle employee engagement activities and capture content for company social media pages.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, onboarding documents, and employee databases.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees and interns.
- Respond to candidate queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media DMs professionally.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas for recruitment and brand visibility.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on hiring progress, social media engagement, and HR activities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
