Job Description
Hownwhy Education is looking for a passionate Hardware & Robotics Trainer / Embedded STEM Trainer to join our team in Trichy.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of robotics, electronics, embedded systems, and STEM education, along with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on training sessions in Robotics, Electronics, Embedded Systems, IoT, and STEM
- Teach and mentor school students through practical, project-based learning
- Design and develop innovative STEM and robotics projects
- Work with platforms such as Arduino, ESP32/ESP8266, sensors, motors, and other electronic components
- Guide students in building, troubleshooting, and presenting their projects
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and activity-based learning sessions
- Support school innovation programs and technology labs
- Encourage students to develop problem-solving, creativity, and technical skills
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of Arduino, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Electronics, and IoT
- Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and basic circuit design
- Good understanding of programming, preferably C/C++ or Python
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Genuine passion for teaching and working with students
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Candidates willing to relocate to Trichy are preferred
