Hiring: Upselling & Cross-Sales Executive (BPO)
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Work from Office
Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (In-Hand)
We are looking for experienced candidates for Upselling and Cross-Sales roles in a BPO environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Upselling / Sales (BPO preferred)
- Male and Female candidates can apply
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of sales and upselling process
- Confident and target-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle upselling and cross-selling to customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Maintain good customer interaction and service quality
