Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Functional & Automation Tester with a strong background in both manual functional testing and automation testing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the Financial Services domain, which is a mandatory requirement.
Candidates with experience in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Investment Management, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Insurance, or FinTech will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute functional and automation test cases.
- Perform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using any standard automation tool.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Participate in test planning, test execution, and defect management.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery within project timelines.
- Prepare test documentation, test reports, and execution summaries.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in QA Testing.
- Strong experience in Functional Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
- Experience with any automation tool, such as:
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Playwright
- UFT/QTP
- TestComplete
- Robot Framework
- Appium (if applicable)
- Experience with API Testing (Postman or REST Assured is a plus).
- Good understanding of SQL and database validation.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Mandatory Requirement
Financial Domain experience is mandatory (Non-Negotiable).
Candidates must have hands-on experience working in one or more of the following domains:

Preferred Skills
- Automation framework development or maintenance.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹255,397.91 - ₹1,213,307.15 per year
