Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, prepare financial reports, and support the organization's financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance, and experience handling end-to-end accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.
- Assist management in financial analysis and business decision-making.
- Maintain accounting records in ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
