2. Digitization & Workflow Automation

Process Engineering: Convert manual, email-based legal processes into digital, structured workflows.

Inbox Management: Build automated systems to triage, categorize, and route incoming legal and verification requests.

Self-Service Tools: Develop internal portals for automated document generation and standard legal inquiries.
3. Performance Tracking

Maintain the legal tech stack and ensure data integrity across all digital platforms.

Define and track KPIs related to automation efficiency and cost savings.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in Legal Operations, Digital Transformation, or FinTech.

AI Proficiency: Proven experience implementing Generative AI (LLMs) and Machine Learning in a corporate environment.

Automation Skills: Expertise in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate) and Document Automation software.

Technical Literacy: Ability to bridge the gap between legal requirements and technical execution.
