About the Role:
The Web Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in web development and related technologies to learners of varying skill levels. The role’s primary purpose is to equip learners with practical, job-ready skills, build their confidence in working on real-world projects, and prepare them for successful careers in the web industry. The trainer will also contribute to curriculum design, learner mentoring, and continuous improvement of training programs to ensure relevance with current industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured training sessions (online/offline) in web development tools and platforms.
- Teach and mentor students on:
a) Shopify (store setup, theme customization, app integration)
b) WooCommerce (store configuration, plugin usage)
c) WordPress (theme and plugin development)
d) Elementor (page building, custom widgets)
e) Figma (UI/UX design, prototyping, design-to-code workflow)
- Guide students through real-world projects from wireframing (in Figma) to deployment.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical assignments.
- Demonstrate real-world project workflows and provide hands-on guidance.
- Monitor learner progress and assist with problem-solving.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools.
- Conduct workshops, assessments, and provide constructive feedback to learners
Tools and Platforms:
- Shopify (store setup, theme customization, app integration)

- WordPress (theme and plugin development)
- Elementor (page building, custom widgets)
- Figma (UI/UX design, prototyping, design-to-code workflow)
Education And Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Web Development with proven project experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
- Strong working knowledge of:
a) WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, Shopify
b) Figma for design and prototyping
c) Theme and plugin customization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be able to explain complex topics clearly and effectively.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is a plus.
- Experience with LMS platforms or creating digital course content.
Pay: From ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month
