Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to inbound queries regarding solar solutions, pricing, financing, and benefits.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and readiness to purchase.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for field sales teams.
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-up logs, and lead status updates in CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve processes and services.
- Ensure adherence to telecalling scripts, company policies, and DND compliance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Consistently produce a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Call Quality & Engagement: Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers.
- Follow-up Efficiency: Ensure timely and effective follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities.
- CRM Accuracy: Keep 100% accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead updates.
- Appointment Scheduling: Convert calls into confirmed meetings or product demos.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with sales and operations teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily Call Volume: 80–120 calls/day.
- Lead Qualification Rate: ≥ 50% of calls convert into qualified leads.
- Appointment Conversion Rate: ≥ 30% of qualified leads scheduled for demo/meeting.
- Follow-up Timeliness: ≥ 95% follow-ups completed on schedule.
- CRM Accuracy: 100% updated and error-free records.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred (Commerce, Marketing, or related field).
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or B2B/B2C customer support.
- Basic computer literacy, MS Office, and CRM tools familiarity.
- Fluency in Hindi; English is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in solar sales or technical product telecalling is a plus.
