Job Summary
Gurukul Paramedical Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding paramedical, nursing, and allied healthcare courses. The candidate should be confident in handling inbound and outbound calls, converting enquiries into admissions, and maintaining excellent relationships with students.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact students who have enquired through Facebook, Instagram, Google, Website, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents professionally.
- Follow up with interested students until admission.
- Schedule institute visits and counselling appointments.
- Maintain enquiry records in CRM or Excel.
- Handle walk-in enquiries.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages and online enquiries.
- Build trust with students through proper guidance.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Marathi speaking will be an added advantage
- Good convincing and counselling skills
- Positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel & MS Word
- CRM knowledge (Preferred)
- Ability to achieve admission targets
Qualification
- Graduate (Preferred)
- HSC/Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- 1–3 years in Telecalling, Education Counselling, Admissions, Sales, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
