Aesthetica360 (Sector 33, Noida) is looking for a polished, skilled Clinical Beauty Therapist / Assistant. In this high-growth role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Dermatologists and Cosmetic Surgeons while actively driving clinic revenue through expert treatment recommendations and sales.
The Mission
- Clinical Assistance: Work directly alongside doctors during advanced skin, hair, and anti-aging procedures; maintain strict room sterilization and prep.
- Treatment Execution: Independently perform premium clinical therapies (HydraFacials, Medi-Facials, Chemical Peels, and Laser Hair Removal) with absolute precision.
- The Sales Vision: Actively identify opportunities during treatments to cross-sell and upsell premium skincare products, home-care regimens, and multi-session packages.
- Patient Delight: Guide patients through their treatment journey, explaining pre-and-post care clearly to build long-term retention.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in a premium skin clinic, medical spa, or dermatology center.
- Aesthetic Exposure: Strong understanding of advanced skin and hair treatments, medical technology, and luxury skincare brands.
- Commercial Mindset: A natural flair for consulting, handling client hesitation, and driving retail/service sales.
