Job Summary
CBS is looking for an energetic and organized Sales Assistant to support our Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for the creative and digital marketing industry. The Sales Assistant will assist in managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team in daily sales and client coordination activities.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries received through phone, email, website, and social media.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and client documents.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead and customer information.
- Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to gather project information for proposals.
- Track sales opportunities and follow up on pending quotations.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, pipeline updates, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate client onboarding after project confirmation.
- Ensure excellent client communication throughout the sales process.
- Assist in organizing networking events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, branding, and video production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, business development, or administration.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or creative agency services is preferred.

Location
This position is based at our Coimbatore office and requires regular in-office collaboration with our creative, marketing, and production teams.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
