Job Description – IT Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to handle overall IT infrastructure, network support, desktop administration, system administration, and implementation of modern AI tools for business productivity and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage network infrastructure, servers, systems, and IT security.
- Handle desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support.
- Administer Windows/servers, Office 365, backups, and cloud systems.
- Monitor firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and network performance.
- Implement and support AI tools for automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation and asset records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking, desktop support, and system administration.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, automation, and productivity tools.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ or related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Azure, etc. will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
