Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Greet walk-in customers and pitch the benefits of exchanging their old two-wheeler for a brand-new Hero bike. Vehicle Evaluation: Inspect incoming used bikes thoroughly (engine health, chassis, electricals, body condition) to assess their market value.
- Price Negotiation: Estimate repair/refurbishment costs and negotiate a fair purchase price with the customer.
- Sales & Documentation: Complete the sale of certified used bikes, pitch warranty options, and collect necessary legal documents (RC book, insurance, transfer forms).
- Market Outreach: Participate in local exchange melas, loan camps, and outdoor promotional activities to generate fresh leads.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
