Role Overview
We are hiring a Software Test Engineer (4-5 Years Experience) who combines strong software testing fundamentals with practical experience using AI-powered tools.
You will be responsible for validating enterprise applications across Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, and AI-powered business workflows. You should be comfortable testing complex business processes, REST APIs, integrations, mobile applications, and cloud-native platforms while leveraging Generative AI to improve testing productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
- Test AI-powered logistics workflows including shipment lifecycle, dispatch, routing, fleet operations, delivery execution, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Validate Supply Chain workflows including Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management (WMS), Order Management (OMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and Returns Management.
- Test REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Perform SQL-based backend validation.
- Execute exploratory, risk-based, and integration testing.
- Validate mobile applications used by delivery executives, warehouse operators, and logistics personnel.
- Verify dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational analytics.
- Report and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and UI/UX teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint testing.
- Use AI tools to improve test design, execution, bug analysis, and documentation.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
