Job Summary
The Marketing Executive / Field Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services, generating leads, developing business relationships, conducting market visits, and supporting sales growth through regular field activities. The role requires extensive travel, client interaction, and market intelligence gathering.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Development
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and schedule business meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, hospitals, institutions, and business partners.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Distribute marketing materials and company brochures.
Client Relationship Management
- Visit existing clients regularly to maintain strong relationships.
- Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
- Submit market intelligence reports to management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily visit reports and activity trackers.
- Update lead and client information in CRM/Excel.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and business outcomes.
- Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good presentation and networking skills.
Preferred for Travel & Tourism Companies (NEED82)
- Experience in travel, tourism, medical tourism, airline, or hospitality sectors.
- Existing network of travel agents and corporate clients.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and partner acquisition.

Pay: ₹9,852.26 - ₹33,803.90 per month
