Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in corporate marketing, government liaison, healthcare business development, and institutional partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with government agencies, corporate organizations, insurance companies, PSUs, MNCs, and healthcare institutions to generate business opportunities and expand the organization's reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Government Departments, CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, Railways, Defence establishments, and other public sector organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate houses, MNCs, PSUs, and institutional clients.
- Coordinate and organize medical camps, health awareness programs, wellness initiatives, and corporate health check-up drives.
- Facilitate empanelment with insurance companies, TPAs, government organizations, and corporate entities.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to promote healthcare services.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and documentation required for empanelment and business development activities.
- Follow up on tenders, contracts, agreements, and institutional collaborations.
- Achieve assigned business development and marketing targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, corporate relations, government liaison, or institutional business development.
- Experience in empanelment with insurance companies, TPAs, PSUs, CGHS/ECHS, and corporate organizations preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field marketing activities.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
