- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual membership targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (fitness consultants / membership advisors)
- Generate leads through outreach, partnerships, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct gym tours and convert walk-ins into memberships
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
- Build relationships with corporate clients for bulk memberships
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and escalations professionally
- Collaborate with marketing team for promotions, events, and campaigns
- Maintain CRM data and track leads, conversions, and retention
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and member engagement.
