Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and employee induction
HR Administration & Operations – Maintain employee records, manage HRIS, contracts, and ensure compliance
Employee Relations & Grievance Management – Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiry (DI) proceedings, and conflict resolution
Performance Management – Oversee appraisal cycles, KPI setting, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
HR Reporting & Analytics – Prepare dashboards, track headcount, and analyze turnover metrics
Team Leadership – Supervise and mentor junior HR, Admin, and Operations staff
General Administration Oversight – Manage office administration and vendor coordination
HR Communications & Employer Branding – Drive internal communications and support employer branding initiatives
Key Requirements
knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office
Ability to work closely with and report to the HR Director
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* MBA (HR)
* Minimum 2 years of experience
* Hospital experience preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
