Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high construction quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure completion as per project schedule.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Manage and supervise labor teams effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered (if applicable).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
