Job Title: IT Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, promoting our IT products and services, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be target-driven, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain IT products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate, BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or equivalent).
- 0–3 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as software development, web development, mobile apps, cloud solutions, or digital services.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
