The Manager Consulting Expert (MCE) is a highly accomplished technology leader and recognized authority in one or more strategic capability domains. As a senior individual contributor, the MCE drives enterprise wide technology vision, innovation, solution strategy, and practice development while influencing business outcomes at the highest organizational levels.
