We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and goal-oriented Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our on-site sales team. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified sales leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and/or Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
