Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate interviews and employee selection activities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Manage employee exit formalities, resignations, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Administration
- Manage office administration and facility-related activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and office maintenance.
- Maintain office assets, stationery, and inventory records.
- Handle vendor coordination and administrative purchases.
- Manage travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory records and employee documentation.
- Assist in audits and compliance-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance reports, and manpower reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of company records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
