Job Description:
We are looking for a technically strong and process-driven Integration & Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for seamless integration of multiple ERP systems with the DMS & SFA platform. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and client coordination to ensure successful deployments and optimized system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end implementation of DMS & SFA solutions for clients.
-Manage API Integration of various ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or custom ERPs) using APIs and data exchange mechanisms.
-Coordinate with client IT teams to understand existing system architecture and ensure smooth data flow.
-Test, and validate API integrations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
-Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, system errors, and data mismatches.
-Ensure high standards of data quality, system performance, and reporting accuracy.
-Work closely with the Sales IT & Analytics teams to derive insights and improve business outcomes.
-Configure and manage trade schemes, pricing structures, and claims workflows within the system.
-Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency and automation.
-Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
-Act as a bridge between technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
