Responsibilities:
Conduct home visits to clients for service initiation, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Coordinate between caregivers, clients, families , and the internal operations team on a regular basis.
Monitor patient care activities as per care plans as well as per service standards.
Maintain accurate data and records on a daily basis in SHG / internal systems.
Prepare invoices and share them with clients on time.
Follow up with clients for payments and coordinate with the Accounts team to track receipts.
Handle caregiver onboarding, deployment, attendance, and issue resolution.
Handle client queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
Submit daily reports to the Operations Manager.
Ensure caregivers follow schedules, duties, and care protocols.
Be available for field travel within Mumbai as required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good understanding of patient care and home care services.
Ability to communicate fluently in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel locally within Pune.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting (Excel, invoicing).
Ability to handle clients with empathy and professionalism.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1-3 years Experience in home care/healthcare/service coordination.
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently in the field.
Comfortable with follow-ups, documentation, and multitasking.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
