Job Title: Project Head - Gopalpur
Job Type: Full Time
Role Purpose:
Lead the end-to-end execution of the Green Hydrogen Project from site mobilization through commissioning and handover, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in accordance with contractual obligations to the refinery customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall project leadership and execution strategy
- Stakeholder management with authorities, customer, and local communities
- Interface management between engineering, procurement, contractors, and OEMs
- Construction oversight through outsourced construction management teams
- Schedule and cost control
- HSE leadership and quality assurance
- Risk management and mitigation
- Commissioning, start-up, and handover
- Project reporting to management
Education:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline
Preferred:
- M.Tech / MBA
- PMP, Primavera P6, FIDIC certifications
Experience:
- 15+ years total experience
- 10+ years in large industrial project execution
- Experience in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, hydrogen, oil & gas, or process plant projects
- Exposure to projects exceeding ₹500–1,000 crore CAPE
