Job Summary
We are seeking a highly reliable, proactive, and deeply trustworthy Personal Caretaker and Attendant to directly support the Director of Ashoka Hospital. This unique role is dedicated to managing the Director's personal well-being, domestic affairs, and daily lifestyle needs. The ideal candidate will act as a dedicated shadow, ensuring the Director’s daily routine runs seamlessly, their health and comfort are prioritized, and their personal environment is perfectly maintained.
Key Responsibilities1. Health, Wellness & Personal Care
- Routine Management: Ensure the Director maintains a healthy daily routine, including timely meals, hydration, and rest periods during high-stress days.
- Diet & Nutrition Coordination: Coordinate with the Director’s private chef or the hospital’s nutrition team to ensure meals align with the Director's dietary preferences and health goals.
- Medication & Wellness: Monitor and manage the Director’s personal health requirements, ensuring medications, vitamins, or wellness therapies are organized and taken on schedule.
- Travel Companion: Travel with the Director when required, ensuring their comfort, packing needs, and personal accommodations are seamlessly handled on the road.
2. Domestic & Lifestyle Coordination
- Household Supervision: Act as the primary manager for the Director’s personal residence, supervising domestic staff (housekeepers, cooks, drivers, security) to maintain high standards of cleanliness and order.
- Personal Errands: Handle premium personal errands, including wardrobe management, luxury shopping, dry cleaning, and vehicle maintenance coordination.
- Property & Vendor Management: Coordinate with private contractors, technicians, and luxury lifestyle vendors for home repairs, landscaping, or technology updates.
3. Personal Executive Logistics
- Hospital Presence: Maintain a discreet, attentive presence near the Director’s hospital office to provide immediate personal assistance (e.g., refreshing beverages, arranging a change of clothes, managing private guests).
- Private Event Support: Assist in organizing private family dinners, social gatherings, or executive hospitality hosted by the Director.
Required Profile & QualificationsExperience & Background
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Caretaker, Executive Companion, Luxury Butler, or Personal Assistant to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), top corporate executives, or public figures.
- Hospitality/Health Background: A background in premium hospitality, luxury estate management, or basic healthcare/nursing is highly preferred.
Critical Skills & Competencies
- Proactive Anticipation: The ability to sense the Director's needs before they are explicitly verbalized (e.g., bringing coffee during a long meeting, preparing a meal if a schedule runs late).
- Absolute Discretion: Total commitment to confidentiality regarding the Director’s health, family matters, and private personal affairs.
- Emotional Intelligence: A calm, reassuring, and respectful demeanor. Ability to handle high-pressure environments with grace and warmth.
- Flexibility: Adaptable working hours, including readiness to assist during early mornings, late evenings, or weekends depending on the Director's schedule.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
