We are seeking a People & Talent Specialist to partner with us in identifying, acquiring, and retaining the right talent. This role combines recruitment, people operations, and employee engagement to build organizational practices that drive long‑term success.
Relevant Industry Experience
2-5 Years.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, people operations, employee engagement, HR business partnering, or similar people-centric roles.
- Demonstrated ability to assess individuals beyond technical skills, including motivation, values, work style, learning orientation, and team fit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey observations, feedback, and recommendations clearly and objectively.
- Excellent listening and interviewing skills, with a genuine interest in understanding people, their aspirations, and their potential.
- Ability to build trust and influence people through credibility, empathy, and thoughtful communication.
- High standards of professionalism, Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing organization where processes evolve and individual ownership is valued.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidates across technical, behavioural, motivational, and cultural dimensions, and provide well-reasoned hiring recommendations.
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates and employees to understand their aspirations, needs and concerns. Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Continuously strengthen people practices, assessment methods, and talent strategies that help the organization attract and retain high-quality talent.
