Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, ROI-focused, and passionate about scaling growth through data-backed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other performance channels
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, ROAS, and CPA
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust budgets, bids, and creatives accordingly
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad dashboards
- Create performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to improve landing page performance
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or Paid Media Specialist
- Must have Strong Skills of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking
- Hands-on experience with analytics, pixels, and event tracking
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into growth strategies
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B campaigns
- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus
