Job Summary
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role includes handling office maintenance, document management, coordination with vendors, and supporting employees with administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
* Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
* Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
* Support meeting arrangements, including room setup and refreshments.
* Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
* Support HR and Administration teams with day-to-day activities.
* Monitor pantry supplies and coordinate replenishment.
* Assist in employee onboarding logistics and office arrangements.
* Handle bank visits, government office visits, and other administrative errands when required.
* Ensure office equipment such as printers and photocopiers are functioning properly.
Qualifications
* Higher Secondary (Plus Two) / Diploma / Graduate.
* 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role preferred.
* Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
