Key Responsibilities:
Application Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (strong expertise).

Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend.

Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design efficient, scalable, and secure data models.
Database Management:

Design and optimize database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL.

Ensure data integrity, security, and performance in database operations.
System Integration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and third-party services.

Ensure seamless interoperability between different components of the application stack.
Performance Optimization:

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
Testing and Debugging:

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support QA testing to ensure code quality.

Debug and fix defects identified during testing or reported by users.
Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Documentation:

Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes.

Document code changes and development processes for future reference.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest developments in Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related technologies.

Propose and implement improvements to enhance application efficiency, security, and user experience.
Experience:

6+ years of experience in full-stack development.

Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (mandatory) with experience building scalable backend applications.

Strong experience with React.js for modern frontend development.

Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
Certifications:

Relevant certifications in Node.js, database management, or frontend technologies are advantageous.
