Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, identify potential clients, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Identify key market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to enhance sales performance.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure favourable terms for both the company and the client.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and offer tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value and capabilities of material handling solutions.
- Stay updated on product features, technical specifications, and industry advancements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, inquiries, and quotes.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to products and services in a timely and professional manner.
