Job Summary:
Techleela Solutions is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms. The candidate must be analytical, process-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Role & Responsibilities
· Drive Social Media Marketing (SMM) and paid marketing campaigns for multiple clients and brands
· Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms
· Optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI and conversions
· Implement data-driven marketing strategies and establish measurable KPIs
· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to Team Leads and management
· Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
· Communicate with clients to understand campaign goals and ensure flawless execution
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad technologies, and platform updates
· Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams for campaign success
· Ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining quality and performance standards
Technical Skills Required:
· Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
· Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and Paid Media strategies
· Knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
· Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
· Understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other key performance metrics
· Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights
· Strong communication and client handling skills
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in an agency environment
· Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Complementary Skillsets Preferred:
· Knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, and Branding strategies
· Basic understanding of Web Analytics and Marketing Automation tools
· Experience in handling eCommerce or Lead Generation campaigns
· Creative thinking and campaign ideation abilities
· Presentation and reporting skills
· Experience working in advertising or digital marketing agencies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
